BUDGET DEVELOPMENT:
The key to a stress-free planning process is being upfront about budget. The first thing we do once we get started, is to have a discussion on the budget for your event. We help you categorize expected costs and see how they fit within your targeted overall budget.
DESIGN AND DECOR:
Don’t know where to start with lighting, table cloths, centerpieces, dance floors? Once we get our creative wheels turning on some ideas, we collaborate with the best vendors in the area to create fun and exciting décor and design elements that perfectly fit your event style.
ENTERTAINMENT AND ACTIVITIES:
Whether you want a dj with tons of dancing, or arcade games and photo booths (or have it all!), we will help you pick the right entertainment for you and your guests. We’ve worked with tons of emcee’s in the area and can help you determine who will give you the energy and flow of the night that you want.. We also have access to tons of games and activities. We can talk through what else you may want to bring in, to appeal to all of your guests.
THEME DEVELOPMENT:
At LR Events, we love working with a theme. It lets us really exercise our creative genes and make your event fun and unique for you. We also know not everyone wants a theme- or may not be able to commit to one just yet, and that is perfectly fine! After talking with you and your kid, we can come up with some fun ideas specific to your event.
VENUE SELECTION:
We can work with a venue you’ve already secured or help you to research and decide on one to book. If you don’t already have a venue, we’re pros at looking at the value of your desired venue to make sure it’s clear what you’re getting with your rental fee vs. what we’ll still need to bring in from other vendors. Let us aid you in making a wise, calculated decision on where to hold your celebration because it can have a big impact on your overall spending and guest experience.
CATERING SERVICES AND MENU PLANNING:
With extensive work in the catering industry, we have all of the tools to help guide you in picking the right caterer for you. We also assist with menu planning and selection to ensure that all of your guests are well fed at your big event.
